• Utilized Pro E to develop 2, 3 axes programs to be used in the manufacturing of complex parts. Identify and select the tooling necassary for the job.
• Generating accurate CAD/CAM drawings of parts using supplied print and sketch
• Generate of CNC Programmes (creating 3D and 2D Programs by using Pro E wildire 5.0 Manufacturing).
• Maintaining geometric tolerance and dimensioning.
• Troubleshoot machining related issues (tool, manufacturing process, or mechanical).
• Arrange prepare tools, and equipment.
• Design mould, core design, Pattern Design and 3D modeling in Pro/E Wildfire.
• Working on MS Excel, MS word and Outlook for data maintain and correspondence with line manager.

• Develop detailed design drawings and specification for mechanical equipment using computer assisted drafting CAD equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining related issues (tool, manufacturing process, or mechanical).
• Designing and manufacturing of parts from initial concepts through its development.
• Working on MS Excel, MS word and Outlook for data maintain and correspondence with line manager.
• Collecting and analyzing the production report.
